ARMA is looking for manager of Medvedchuk’s brick factory: what is included in the asset

The Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) has launched an open tender on Prozorro to select a manager for the corporate rights and property of the brick factory Kerambud LLC in Lviv region. The company is associated with former MPs Viktor Medvedchuk and Taras Kozak. This is reported by the press service of the ARMA, "Komersant Ukrainian" informs
What is being sold
The asset includes:
- 100% of corporate rights;
- land plots with an area of more than 10 hectares;
- production facilities with a total area of more than 31 thousand square meters;
- modern equipment and transport.
The plant is fully automated and can produce up to 4 million bricks per month. According to an independent assessment, the market value of the enterprise exceeds UAH 246 million.
Offers will be accepted until October 31, 2025.
About the company
Kerambud LLC is one of the largest brick producers in western Ukraine. The plant is equipped with modern high-tech German equipment that ensures full automation of production.
In June 2024, the plant was transferred to the management of the ARMA. The company had been evading taxes for six years.
As a reminder, the plant of Kerambud LLC was transferred to the management of ARMA by the decision of the Lychakiv District Court of Lviv.
In addition, the ARMA announced a tender for the management of Segezha Oriana Ukraine, a company in Kalush, Ivano-Frankivsk region, that produces paper products and is also associated with Viktor Medvedchuk.
