ARMA is looking for managers for two hotels in Odesa’s resort area – what they offer to investors

The National Asset Management Agency (ARMA) has announced a search for managers for two seized hotel complexes in Odesa, which were transferred to the agency by court order. This was reported by "Komersant Ukrainian" with reference to the ARMA press service.

These are two well-known facilities located in the popular resort area of the city, close to beaches and tourist locations:

  • Hotel Arcadia is a large three-star complex with an area of 10,774 m². It has 287 rooms, a banquet hall and five conference halls, making it attractive for events and tourist vacations.
  • OK Odesa Hotel is a modern business hotel with an area of 6,490 m². The complex includes 175 rooms, a banquet hall, a concert hall and a shelter that meets modern security requirements.

Market consultations on the terms of management of these assets are currently underway.

All interested business representatives with experience in the hotel or development sector are welcome to apply.
