Azov fighters clear 6 villages from Russians in Pokrovsk sector

Soldiers of the Azov National Guard Corps together with adjacent units cleared six settlements in the Pokrovsk sector: Hruzke, Rubizhne, Novovodyane, Petrivka, Vesele and Zolotyi Kolodyaz. This was reported by the 1st Corps of the Azov National Guard on social media, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports

Earlier, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said that Russian saboteurs had infiltrated some of these villages near Dobropillya.

According to the military, 271 Russian occupants were killed in action, 101 more were wounded, and 13 were taken prisoner.

In addition, 1 tank of the Russian occupation forces, 2 armored combat vehicles, 37 vehicles and motorcycles, as well as 3 cannons were destroyed and damaged.

Azov noted that the Russian advance in this area has been stopped, but “stabilization actions” are still underway.

It should be noted that as of the evening of August 15, DeepState’s map shows that Ukrainian defenders have taken control of an area of more than 20 km2 near Dobropillia.

Later, the information about the recapture of the villages was confirmed by the press service of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

According to Ukrainian soldiers, during active hostilities in the Azov area of responsibility, Russians suffered the following losses

According to the corps, stabilization operations continue in the Dobropillya sector. They emphasized that the success in recapturing the territories was achieved due to coordinated and coordinated actions, and thanked all units working in this area.
