Tracks between Mykolaiv and Kherson damaged by Russian shelling

Due to enemy shelling, railway communication between Mykolaiv and Kherson was damaged. This was reported by the press service of Ukrzaliznytsia, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports
Trains to Kherson will stop in Mykolaiv.
“Passengers will be transported to Kherson by bus. All 78 of our passengers to Kherson will be transported to their destination with the greatest possible comfort,” the statement said.
It is noted that railway repair crews have already started repair work.
Ukrzaliznytsia plans to resume railway services for the return trip.

As of 2 October, Ukrzaliznytsia trains have been running to Kherson and Mykolaiv again. Before that, the section between Dolynska station and Mykolaiv was closed due to Russian shelling on the night of 30 September.
