Where the hottest battles are taking place: General Staff shows maps

There were 158 combat engagements along the entire frontline yesterday. Russians conducted 128 air strikes on the positions of the Ukrainian military. This is reported by "Komersant Ukrainian" with reference to the morning report of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The enemy launched one missile and 128 air strikes on the positions of Ukrainian units and settlements, using two missiles and dropping 213 guided bombs. In addition, it carried out about seven thousand attacks, including 149 from multiple launch rocket systems, and used 3,462 kamikaze drones.

The aggressor carried out air strikes, in particular, in the areas of Lisne, Miropilske, Petrushivka, Ugroids, Ryasne, Osoyivka, Velykyi Prykil, Hlybne in Sumy region; Nova Poltavka, Novopil in Donetsk region; Gulyaypole, Pryvilne, Chervone, Malynivka, Kamianske, Stepnohirsk in Zaporizhzhia region.

Situation at the frontline

Inthe Kharkiv sector, the enemy conducted three offensives in the direction of Vovchansk and Vovchansky Khutory in the last day.

Four occupants’ attacks took place inthe Kupyansk sector. Defense forces repelled enemy assaults near Petropavlivka, Nova Kruhlyakivka and Zahryzove.

Inthe Liman sector, the enemy attacked 21 times. He tried to advance in the areas of Serhiivka, Katerynivka, Ridkodub, Novomykhailivka, Zelena Dolyna, Hrekivka, Torske, Yampolivka and Novyi.

Inthe Siversky sector, our defenders repelled two attacks by the occupying forces near Verkhnekamianske.

Inthe Kramatorsk sector, six firefights were registered in the areas of Chasovyi Yar and Predtechyno.

Inthe Toretsk sector, the enemy carried out 21 attacks near the localities of Toretsk, Ozaryanivka, Druzhba and Leonidivka.

Inthe Pokrovsk sector, our defenders stopped 54 aggressor attacks in the areas of Sukha Balka, Tarasivka, Vodiane Druhe, Yelizavetivka, Kotlyne, Novosergiivka, Bohdanivka, Andriivka and in the direction of Stara Mykolayivka, Zvirove, Udachne and Oleksandropol.

Inthe Novopavlivka sector, the enemy tried to break through ten times in vain near Kostiantynopil and Rozlyv.

Inthe Huliaipil sector, 11 firefights took place in the areas of Novopil, Novosilka, Pryvilne, Vilne Pole and Shevchenko.

Inthe Orikhivsk sector, the enemy conducted four offensives in the areas of Stepove, Shcherbaky and Mali Shcherbaky.

Inthe Prydniprovskyi sector, the aggressor made two unsuccessful attempts to advance.

In the operational area in Kursk region , Ukrainian Defense Forces repelled 18 attacks by Russian invaders yesterday. In addition, the enemy launched 37 air strikes using 58 guided bombs, and also fired 505 artillery shells at the positions of our troops and settlements, including 18 from multiple launch rocket systems.

There were no signs of enemy offensive groups forming inthe Volyn and Polissya directions .

Enemy losses

Over the past day, the aviation, missile troops and artillery of the Defense Forces hit 16 areas of concentration of personnel, weapons and military equipment and six artillery pieces of the Russian invaders.

In total, the losses of Russian invaders amounted to 1310 people over the past day. Ukrainian troops also neutralized 19 tanks, 42 armored combat vehicles, 59 artillery systems, two air defense systems, 119 operational and tactical UAVs, 179 vehicles, two units of special equipment and two heavy flamethrower systems of the occupiers.
