State Statistics Service reminds: businesses have 5 days to submit reports for three years of war

1 October 13:52

Ukrainian businesses have only a few days to submit their backlog of reports. The mandatory submission was resumed after a parliamentary decision. This is reported by "Komersant Ukrainian" with reference to the State Statistics Service.

In the summer of 2025, the Verkhovna Rada decided to resume mandatory statistical reporting for enterprises and individual entrepreneurs, which was suspended during martial law.

A three-month transition period has been set for businesses to prepare for the change. It will end in October 2025.

Certain categories of individual entrepreneurs are also required to provide data for previous periods. At the same time, most individual entrepreneurs are not involved in state statistical observations and, accordingly, do not submit reports.

End of the transition period

The State Statistics Service of Ukraine has announced that the transitional three-month reporting period will end on October 5, 2025.

By this time, all enterprises, institutions, organizations and individual entrepreneurs must submit statistical reports for the previous periods of 2022-2025, if they have not done so yet.

This includes statistical reports that were postponed due to martial law.

How to submit reports

You can submit reports online – quickly and conveniently:

All necessary instructions, sample forms, a calendar for submitting reports and other useful materials are published on the official website of the service in the section “For respondents”: ukrstat.gov.ua/menu/respond.htm.

If any questions or technical difficulties arise during the submission of reports, businesses and individual entrepreneurs may contact the territorial statistical offices at their place of registration.
