ARMA is looking for managers for luxury real estate in the capital and Kyiv region

The Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) has announced open tenders on the Prozorro platform for the selection of managers for elite real estate in Kyiv and Kyiv region.

This was reported by the press service of the ARMA, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports.

It is noted that the assets were seized in criminal proceedings and transferred to the management of the ARMA by court decisions.

The assets include:

  • A residential building (647 square meters) near the Kyiv Pechersk Lavra (Dobrovolchykh Batalioniv/Panfilovtsiv Street) and four land plots.
  • Household property in Obukhiv district of Kyiv region: a house (almost 1300 sq. m.) and 10 land plots (4.8 hectares in total).
  • An apartment (255.5 square meters) in Kyiv’s Pechersk district (Andriy Verkhoglyad/Mykhailo Drahomyrova Street) and two parking spaces.
  • Anapartment (208.7 sq. m) in the center of Kyiv (Instytutska Street) and two parking spaces.
  • Anapartment (149.2 sq. m) in the center of Kyiv (Instytutska Street) and two parking spaces.
  • A land plot (0.2049 hectares) in Obukhiv district of Kyiv region.

You can join the open tenders and submit your proposals until October 28, 2025. Owners of seized assets and representatives of the aggressor state are not allowed to participate.

As a reminder, ARMA is looking for managers for two hotels in the resort area of Odesa.
