Dmitry Peskov: Russia’s response to Ukraine’s attempts to attack the Kremlin will be tough

Russia’s response to Ukraine’s attempts to attack the Kremlin will be harsh, and it is better not to even think about such a development.

The Russian dictator’s press secretary, Dmitry Peskov, said this in an interview with Russian media, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports.

“Our supreme commander-in-chief, the president, has already spoken on this topic. It’s better not to even talk about it. And everyone understands this,” he said when asked how Moscow would perceive such attacks if they were launched.

The day before, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy threatened to organize a blackout in Moscow if Russian strikes lead to a power outage in Kyiv. In addition, in an interview with Axios, the Ukrainian leader emphasized that if Russia “does not stop the war, then officials in the Kremlin should know where the nearest bomb shelter is.”
