By June 20, all companies must submit a report on the availability of vehicles to the TCC

All enterprises, institutions and organizations, regardless of ownership, are required to submit a report on the availability of vehicles on their balance sheet to the territorial manning and social support centers (TSC) by June 20, 2025, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports.
Failure to comply with this requirement entails administrative liability: a fine of UAH 34,000 to 59,000, according to Article 210-1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (under martial law).
What is the basis for submitting a report?
Reporting is provided for in clause 15 of the Regulation on Military Transport Duty, approved by CMU Resolution No. 1921 of December 28, 2000 (as amended).
According to this document, company executives must submit information twice a year – by June 20 and December 20 – on
- available vehicles and equipment
- their technical condition;
- citizens working on these vehicles and equipment.
The report shall be prepared in the form provided for in Annex 1 to the Regulation – “Statement on the Availability and Technical Condition of Vehicles and Equipment, as well as on Citizens Working at the Enterprise”.
Why it is important
During mobilization, the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations may engage the equipment of enterprises on a free-of-charge basis with subsequent return after demobilization.
Such involvement is carried out in accordance with the limits and percentage rates approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
