For the attention of drivers: Moldova has introduced new rules for entry

Drivers planning to enter Moldova are required to have a valid vehicle inspection certificate. This is reported by "Komersant Ukrainian" with reference to the State Border Guard Service.
It is noted that a rule has come into force that obliges drivers to have valid vehicle inspection certificates when entering the territory of Moldova (a requirement of the Traffic Rules approved by the Government of the Republic of Moldova dated 13.05.2009 No. 357).
In the absence of this document, border guards may refuse to allow the vehicle to enter the territory of Moldova.
The State Border Guard Service asks citizens to take these changes into account when traveling.
It is worth noting that starting from November 1, 2024, drivers entering Poland must have a unique registration number of the notification to the RMPD in the electronic transport surveillance system (SENT) or a document replacing it.
It is worth noting that on January 13, the National Tax Administration of Poland launched a comprehensive check of transport notifications in the Register of International Road Transport (RMPD).
