A potentially dangerous asteroid the size of a skyscraper is approaching the Earth

On Saturday, May 24, a large asteroid, 387746 (2003 MH4), which NASA classifies as potentially dangerous, will fly by the Earth. This was reported by the NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL), "Komersant Ukrainian" reports.
The size of the asteroid is about 366 meters long (about the size of a skyscraper).
The distance to Earth during the flight is 6,676,580 km.
According to NASA criteria, an asteroid is considered potentially dangerous if:
- it is approaching at a distance of less than 7.5 million km from the Earth;
- has a size of more than 150 meters.
387746 (2003 MH4) meets both parameters and is being monitored by astronomers.
Although there is currently no threat of a collision with the planet, the object belongs to the category for which NASA is monitoring particularly closely
