Income from OnlyFans could be legalized as early as this week: Getmantsev

Ukraine may decriminalize activities related to the creation of adult content, particularly on the OnlyFans platform. The government also expects tax revenues from this sector to increase.

This was stated in an interview with the YouTube channel "Komersant Ukrainian" by Danylo Getmantsev, a member of the Ukrainian Parliament and chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Finance, Tax, and Customs Policy.

According to the MP, in 2024, Ukrainian content creators on OnlyFans declared over 300 million UAH in income; however, the figures for 2025 have not yet been finalized, as the tax filing campaign is still ongoing.

“It is too early to talk about the figures for 2025—the tax filing campaign is not yet complete. I urge all citizens to file their tax returns by May 1,” Getmantsev emphasized.

Additionally, according to Getmantsev, a bill to decriminalize adult content may be considered by parliament in the near future.

“Let’s hope that this bill will be on the floor this week. At the very least, we will insist on it.

I am truly in favor of putting an end to the hypocrisy of banning an activity that actually exists, that takes place, and that in no way harms morality,” the deputy noted.
