The dollar rose again after falling: NBU exchange rates as of January 30

After several days of decline, the National Bank of Ukraine has once again raised the official dollar exchange rate. The Ukrainian hryvnia weakened slightly, while the euro continued its moderate growth. This is evidenced by updated data from the regulator, reports "Komersant Ukrainian".

Official dollar exchange rate

On Friday, January 30, the NBU set the official dollar exchange rate at 42.84 hryvnia per dollar.

For comparison, on Thursday, January 29, the rate was 42.76 hryvnia, so the hryvnia weakened by 8 kopecks.

On the cash market, the dollar exchange rate remained unchanged at around 42.80 hryvnia.

Euro exchange rate

At the same time, the euro continued to grow slightly. The official hryvnia exchange rate against the euro on January 30 was set at 51.24 hryvnia.

The day before, on January 29, it was 51.22 hryvnia.

What is happening on the currency market

Thus, after a brief period of decline, the dollar regained its position in the official exchange rate, while the euro showed moderate upward momentum.
