Rains, fog and snow: weather forecast for December 20

on December 20, cloudy weather with clearings is forecast in Ukraine. This is reported by "Komersant Ukrainian" with reference to the Ukrainian Weather Center.
Much of the country will remain without precipitation, but in the western, Vinnytsia, Zhytomyr, Kyiv and Chernihiv regions, light rain is possible during the day, and snow is expected in the Carpathians.
In the Azov Sea and Crimea, fog is expected in some places at night and in the morning, which may hamper visibility. The wind will be south, in the western regions it will change direction to northwest, at a speed of 5-10 m/s. In the Carpathians, at night and in the morning, wind gusts of up to 17-22 m/s are possible in some places.
At night, temperatures will range from 4° C to 1° C, with 5-7° C expected in the far west and south of the country. During the day, the temperature will be 3-8° Celsius, in the central and southern regions and in the Crimea it will rise to 9-14° Celsius.
