The state gambling regulator PlayCity has imposed a fine on the gambling operator Slots U.A. for violating licensing conditions. The total amount of sanctions is UAH 4.32 million.

This was reported by the regulator’s press service , according to "Komersant Ukrainian".

What the inspection found

Based on the results of the audit of the company’s activities, the regulator found a number of violations of the license terms.

The operator remedied some of them immediately during the inspection. Regarding the others, PlayCity issued an order requiring the deficiencies to be remedied within a specified period.

The regulator’s statement does not specify which violations were the basis for imposing the fine.

Who was subject to sanctions

Slots U.A. manages a number of online gambling projects, including Casino 777 and SLOTOKING, which previously changed its name to Betking.

The company is owned by Pavlo Zhurylo.

Not the first fine

This is not the first penalty for the operator. At the end of 2025, PlayCity fined the company UAH 400,000 for failing to respond to the regulator’s request in a timely manner.

At that time, the sanction was related to a violation of the requirements for interaction with a state body.
