Natalia Gerus, the wife of MP from the Servant of the People party, chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Energy Committee Andriy Gerus, was a business owner in partnership with influential Russian businessman Kirill Dmitriev until the spring of 2025. In early 2025, Russian President Vladimir Putin appointed Dmitriev as his special representative for negotiations with the Americans. After Dmitriev took on the role of Putin’s “negotiator,” the Gerus family began the process of exiting their joint business with him.

Details of the business partnership
Andrii Gerus’ income tax return for 2024 stated that his wife Nataliia Gerus was the controller of Ukrainian Dream LLC.
However, on February 22, 2025, the MP’s wife withdrew from the list of the ultimate owner of the Ukrainian Dream company. Her place was taken by Mykola Lysak from Kyiv.
In addition, Natalia Gerus resigned as a director of Ukrainian Dream LLC, which she had been heading since August 2019. Interestingly, from 2011 to August 2019, the current MP and Natalia’s husband, Andriy Gerus, was the director of this company.
Ukrainian Dream LLC provides mediation services for advertising in the media.
The family’s partner in this advertising business is a person named Kyrylo Oleksandrovych Dmytriyev.
Who is Kirill Dmitriev?
Kirill Dmitriev is a Russian financier and investor, CEO of the Russian Direct Investment Fund since April 2011. He is also the Deputy Chairman of the Council for Investment under the Chairman of the State Duma, and at one time ran Icon Private Equity.
