Electronic queues in shopping malls: how and when the service will be improved

The Ministry of Defence wants to improve the operation of electronic queues at the military service centres. To do this, the Ministry is collecting feedback from Ukrainians on the operation of this service, which was launched in test mode on 18 May. This was reported by "Komersant Ukrainian" reports citing a post by Deputy Minister of Defence for Digital Development Kateryna Chernogorenko on Facebook.

“The introduction of any digital service is a complex and difficult process. Therefore, for the electronic queue to work effectively across the country, we ask you to leave your feedback,” Chernogorenko wrote.

The official stressed that only those who registered in the queue online can leave feedback. She also promised that the relevant ministry would carefully consider the complaints and comments of Ukrainians.

“We will be grateful to all users for their honest feedback, which will help us to implement the electronic queue across the country,” added Kateryna Chernogorenko.

She also added that the electronic queue will help to streamline and organise the work of the TCCs, making life easier for both citizens and employees of the centres. Thanks to this service, it will no longer be necessary to take a seat at 5 am or take a vacation to update data.

“Ukraine is a service state, where you can sign up for an electronic queue wherever possible – to a family doctor, service centres of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, ASCs. TCCs should not be an exception,” summed up the Deputy Minister of Defence for Digital Development.
