Guarantee Fund puts Victor Haiduk’s paintings up for auction: starting prices and dates of auctions

The Deposit Guarantee Fund (DGF) has announced a series of auctions to sell paintings belonging to PJSC Prominvestbank, which is in the process of liquidation. In September, more than 50 paintings by the famous Ukrainian artist Viktor Haiduk are to be sold on the Prozorro.Sale platform, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports
This is the first time these assets have been put up for auction.
When and what will be sold?
The first auctions are scheduled for September 4. Among the lots:
- “In the old park” (lot No. G31N027803) – the auction will take place at 12:00, the starting price is UAH 13,188.00, the details of the auction are here.
- “Winter Corner ” (lot No. G31N027804) – the auction will be held at 13:10, starting price UAH 11,964.00, auction details are available here.

- “Landscape with houses ” (lot No. G31N027806) – the auction will be held at 12:15, starting price UAH 11,964.00, auction details are available here.
- “Green Forest” (lot No. G31N027807) – the auction will be held at at 13:30, starting price UAH 14,976.00, auction details are available here.
- “Houses on the outskirts of the village ” (lot No. G31N027808) – the auction will be held at 13:30, starting price UAH 14,976.00, auction details are available here.
All auctions will be held according to the English model, and bids will be accepted until 20:00 on September 3.
The next block of auctions is scheduled for September 5, when six more works will be sold:

Bids will be accepted until 20:00 on September 4.
The auction is open to both legal entities and individuals, except for the Russian Federation or persons associated with the aggressor state. Also, potential buyers cannot be persons subject to personal special economic and other restrictive measures.
Where will the funds go?
The proceeds from the sale of assets will be used to satisfy the claims of the liquidated bank’s creditors.
Information about the artist:
Viktor Haiduk (1926-1992) was a Ukrainian painter born in Zaporizhzhia. He studied at the studio of the Zaporizhzhia Society of Artists under H. Kolosovskyi. He is the author of numerous landscapes and still lifes. His works are part of museum collections, kept in private collections, and some paintings are put up for sale by auction houses.
