The U.S.-Ukraine Reconstruction Investment Fund (URIF) has approved its first investment under the strategic partnership between Ukraine and the United States. The funds will be directed to the Ukrainian technology company Sine Engineering, which develops communication and navigation solutions for unmanned systems.
