Roma forward Artem Dovbyk repeats Real Madrid’s Kylian Mbappe’s goal

After scoring a goal in the match against Parma, Ukrainian Artem Dovbyk became the second player after Mbappe to score at least one goal in 20 different teams from the top 5 European championships in the last two seasons. This was reported by Opta, according to "Komersant Ukrainian".

However, Kylian Mbappe, who was the first to reach the 20-team mark, has a slightly better figure at the moment: the Frenchman scored goals for 22 teams in the Spanish and French leagues, playing for Real Madrid and PSG, respectively.

Artem Dovbyk spent last season at Spanish side Girona, where he became the top scorer in the Primera Division with 24 goals, and now plays for Italian side Roma in Serie A, where he brought his total number of teams he has scored for to 20. Actually, both strikers still have time to improve their results: they play in new leagues and know how to score.

The day before, in the match of the 17th round against Parma, the Ukrainian made two effective actions: first, after a rebound, he assisted Paulo Dybala, and in the 83rd minute he finally scored himself.

This season, Dovbyk played 22 matches for Roma, scoring 9 goals in various tournaments.

The head coach of the Roman team, Claudio Ranieri, is pleased with both Artem Dovbyk’s performance and his chemistry with his teammates.

“He has to learn to hit with both his left and right feet. Artem should not be afraid to make a mistake, because a striker, even if he makes a mistake, sometimes scores goals,” Claudio Ranieri said.

However, Roma itself mostly disappoints fans. The legendary Roman club is only in 10th place in the standings with 19 points.
