H&M launches online store in Ukraine: details and bonuses for customers

Swedish fashion brand H&M has announced the launch of its online store in Ukraine. Ukrainian shoppers can now order clothing and home goods directly from the official website hm.com, choosing from the brand’s full range at their convenience. This was reported by the company’s press service, according to "Komersant Ukrainian".
Which collections are available online
Ukrainian customers now have access to the brand’s key lines, including:
- H&M’s main women’s, men’s, and children’s collections;
- H&M Home (excluding furniture and lamps);
- the H&M Move sports line;
- special and limited collections, including H&M Studio.
Thus, the online store effectively duplicates the offerings of the brand’s flagship physical stores.
Bonuses for subscribers and special offers
H&M Fashion Newsletter subscribers will be the first to receive information about:
- exclusive promotions and discounts;
- new collections and special selections;
- the launch of limited edition lines.
To mark the launch of online sales, the brand has also prepared a special bonus:
subscribers will receive 14 days of free access to the “Cinema” package of the MEGOGO media service.
H&M in Ukraine: how the brand is developing
The first H&M store in Ukraine opened in 2018. As of today, the brand is represented by nine physical stores:
- 7 stores in Kyiv;
- 1 store in Odesa (renovated in June 2025);
- 1 store in Lviv.
The launch of the online store was a logical step in the brand’s development in the Ukrainian market and in expanding access to products for customers from other regions.
