President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has appointed Serhiy Kyslytsia as First Deputy Head of the Presidential Office. The relevant decree has already been made public.

This is reported by "Komersant Ukrainian" with reference to the website of the Presidential Office.

“To appoint Kyslytsia Serhiy Olehovych as First Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine,” the decree reads.

Prior to that, Kyslytsia was the first deputy to Ukraine’s Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiga. He received this position a little less than a year ago, in February 2025. Prior to his appointment as Sibiga’s deputy, Kyslytsia had long represented Ukraine at the United Nations (UN).

Back on January 3, Zelensky said that First Deputy Foreign Minister of Ukraine Serhiy Kyslytsia would be appointed First Deputy Head of the Presidential Office. His task will be to synchronize the work of the Presidential Office with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and participate in the negotiation process.
