Chief Rabbi of Ukraine records a song of appeal to Trump: video

Chief Rabbi of Ukraine Moshe Asman has published a song of appeal to the President of the United States of America Donald Trump. He posted the song on his Facebook page, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports
“My appeal to President Donald Trump of the United States of America is to help Ukraine achieve a just and lasting peace,” Moshe Asman wrote.
“You are the one who the whole world is watching, your every move, everything you do. Do not let the line between good and evil be blurred. The light will always rise, the darkness will not prevail. Donald Trump, it’s time to fight in the name of light,” the song says.
The song is accompanied by video footage of Russia’s strikes on Ukraine and their aftermath, including the attack on Kyiv on April 24, which killed 12 people and injured nearly a hundred.
“They always lie, always hide the knife. The king’s throne is built on fear and hatred. They do not want peace, they only want blood and fire. It’s time to destroy the evil empire,” the Chief Rabbi of Ukraine adds in the song.
