Industrial park in Dnipro attracts first investors, — Kysylevsky

The management company of Innovation Forpost Industrial Park in Dnipro is completing the reconstruction of two industrial buildings with a total area of 3,500 square meters. Negotiations are currently underway with two potential participants in the park, who are preparing to locate their production facilities in the reconstructed premises. Both companies operate in the food industry.
This was announced on his Facebook page by Deputy Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Economic Development Dmytro Kysylevsky, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports.
The infrastructure of the industrial park is currently being built. A temporary transformer substation with a capacity of 100 kW has been built. A 16.5 MW substation is under construction. The Government has allocated UAH 150 million for its purchase and commissioning on a co-financing basis. The Dnipro City Council, which initiated the creation of this industrial park, plans to raise the remaining UAH 150 million through local domestic borrowing.

The infrastructure development project also envisages the construction of 4.65 km of internal roads and passages, 2.34 km of water supply, storm and domestic sewage, on-site power grids, and landscaping.
The area of Innovation Forpost Industrial Park is 49.5 hectares. This territory is divided into 35 industrial land plots.

Industrial parks are part of the “Made in Ukraine” policy for the development of Ukrainian producers. It aims to promote domestic production, investment in the real sector and increase non-resource exports.
