Slovak President Peter Pellegrini, Prime Minister Robert Fico, and National Council Chairman Richard Raši confirmed their unified position on not providing military aid to Ukraine after a joint lunch on Saturday.

This was reported by "Komersant Ukrainian" with reference to the Slovak publication Aktuality.

According to the publication, during the meeting, the politicians discussed key issues of the country’s domestic and foreign policy. According to Pellegrini, the conversation showed that “the three highest constitutional officials can openly, constructively, and pragmatically discuss all issues related to Slovakia’s interests.”

The parties agreed that Slovakia should be represented in the negotiations of the so-called “coalition of the determined” on Ukraine.

At the same time, Bratislava’s position remains unchanged: the country will not provide military support to Ukraine, will not send soldiers, and will not participate in the EU’s €90 billion loan guarantee.

Earlier, Prime Minister Robert Fico criticized the meeting of the “coalition of the determined” in Paris, but said he would allow Slovakia to participate in monitoring the peace agreement if it were concluded.
