In his Telegram channel, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced an increase in funding for the PURL (Prioritized Ukraine Requirements List) program in October 2025.

The PURL program provides for the rapid supply of weapons to Ukraine through voluntary contributions from NATO countries.
“In October, we expect additional funding for this initiative,” he said.
The head also said that he would soon meet with US President Donald Trump and take part in a global forum on the issue of Russia’s return of Ukrainian children.
