Users cannot access the app: there has been a major failure in “Reserve+”

29 January 13:11

On January 29, there was a major failure in the Reserve app. Prior to this, the mobile app was updated, and now users cannot access it.

This was reported by RBC-Ukraine, according to "Komersant Ukrainian".

It is noted that on the morning of January 29, many users encountered a problem: they could not access the Reserve app. Some are thrown out of the app altogether when they try to launch it, while others see various error and overload messages on the screen.

The screen displays messages such as “The system is very busy. Please wait longer than usual. Thank you for your patience,” “Something strange has happened,” and “We are experiencing a technical problem.” It is known that the app was updated before the crash.

Ukrainians are advised to take their paper military registration documents with them if they need to go outside. There are no official comments on the situation yet.

We remind you that the government adopted Resolution No. 1632, which approved the procedure for implementing a pilot project for automatic military registration. This option is available to conscripts, military personnel, and reservists.

Incidentally, Ukraine recently launched a new feature in the “Reserve” app that allows users to register online with just a few clicks. From now on, there is no need to visit territorial recruitment centers or undergo a medical examination.
