Massive attack on Kharkiv: arrivals at seven locations

The Russian occupation forces launched a missile and a drone attack on Kharkiv. A hit was recorded in the city, and at least one person was injured. This is reported by "Komersant Ukrainian" with reference to Kharkiv Mayor Igor Terekhov and the head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration Oleg Sinegubov.

“The air attack on Kharkiv lasted for an hour and a half – from 02:29 to 03:57. One district, Novobavarsky, was hit,” said the mayor of Kharkiv.

According to Terekhov, the enemy used two missiles and nine Shaheds. One of the drones did not explode and was found by experts at the crash site. The rest hit civilian infrastructure: enterprises, private houses, a service station, and a park.

“There is a victim in the Novobavarsky district of the city as a result of the hit,” Terekhov wrote, having previously reported that missiles had hit the area.

A few minutes later, Sinegubov confirmed the information and clarified that it was a 30-year-old man.

“At this moment, one victim of an enemy “arrival” in the Novobavarsky district of Kharkiv has sought medical help. Doctors are providing the 30-year-old man with all the necessary assistance,” the statement said.

After that, Terekhov informed that a drone hit was recorded near high-rise buildings, as well as in the Novobavarsky district – in the private sector.

“A private house in Novobavarsky district caught fire as a result of an enemy UAV’s ‘arrival’. Information about the victims is being clarified,” informed Colonel Syniehubov.

Damage was recorded in seven locations, in particular:

  • A workshop of one of the civilian enterprises;
  • Another enterprise – a large fire, there is a victim: a 30-year-old man who was taken to the hospital, his condition is stabilized;
  • A service station burned down;
  • A private house, a garage and an outbuilding were destroyed by fire. Seven other houses nearby were damaged;
  • The roof of a warehouse collapsed;
  • Fire in the ecosystem – 600 m² of grass burned down and the power grid was damaged;
  • An unexploded Shahed was found.

“All emergency services were working on the ground: regional power company, water utility, Shlyakhrembud, volunteers,” said the mayor. “Everyone acted quickly and smoothly.
