This morning, Russia launched another massive missile attack on Ukraine. According to several officials, it was an attack on energy infrastructure, reports "Komersant Ukrainian"
Kyiv
Around 8 a.m., explosions were heard in Kyiv – local authorities reported air defense. Later, debris was seen falling in Dniprovskyi and Darnytskyi districts.
“As a result of a missile strike by Russian troops on Kyiv, debris was recorded falling in the Darnytskyi district of the capital. Preliminary, on the territory of the enterprise. Several outbuildings and a truck were slightly damaged. There was no fire. No information on casualties was received. The data of the operational summary is being clarified,”
– said Serhiy Popko, head of the Kyiv City Military Administration.
Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko, in turn, said:
“The rocket fragments fell on the territory of a private enterprise in Darnytsia district. There was no fire and no casualties. The windows and doors of the premises, a truck, and the gate to the territory were damaged.”
Mykolaiv
Mykolaiv mayor Oleksandr Senkevych reported explosions in the city. Due to emergency power outages, electric transport and educational institutions are not working in the city.
Lviv
The head of the Lviv regional state administration, Maksym Kozytskyi, reported an attack on energy facilities.
“28.11.2024; 09:10 The enemy attacked energy infrastructure facilities. Details later,”
– he wrote on social media.
Sumy region
The arrival in Sumy region took place in the Shostka community.
“Today, on November 28, Russians launched a missile attack on the infrastructure of the Shostka community. ◼️Наall necessary services are working on the spot. The consequences of the enemy attack are being clarified,”

Odesa region
The missile attack left one person injured and damaged six buildings in the region and one in the regional center.
“As a result of the attack in Odesa district, six private residential buildings were damaged. One person was injured. Also, due to the fall of fragments of one of the missiles, dry grass caught fire in the region. The fire was extinguished by spontaneous combustion. No State Emergency Service units were involved. In Odesa, a garage caught fire, rescuers are currently working to eliminate the consequences.”

There was an attack on the city, but the air defense forces completely repelled it.

A woman was injured and buildings were damaged in Vinnytsia region as a result of the attack. However, it has not been reported whether this was due to falling debris or a direct hit.

There are sporadic power outages on sections of Ukrzaliznytsia as a result of shelling, but only 6 trains are delayed.
“Due to the power outage in some areas, we have delays of just over 1 hour for 6 trains, but reserve diesel locomotives are working there and we are picking up speed. We will gradually reduce the gap from the schedule,”

As of 10 a.m., the massive Russian missile attack on Ukraine has ended. The General Staff and air defense forces have not yet reported on its consequences.
