19 October 22:26

Russian occupants massively attacked a coal mine of the DTEK energy company in the Dnipropetrovs’k region. Almost 200 people were trapped underground as a result of the attack.

This was reported by "Komersant Ukrainian" with reference to DTEK‘s Telegram channel.

“On the eve of the start of the heating season, the enemy has struck again at the Ukrainian energy sector. During the attack, 192 mine employees were underground. We are evacuating our colleagues to the surface,” the statement said.

DTEK added that this is the fourth attack by the occupiers on DTEK’s coal enterprises over the past two months.

As a reminder, on August 26, the Russian occupiers also attacked a mine of the DTEK energy company. The attack killed one employee and injured three others.
