The “Ukrnafta” gas station chain is expanding

1 April 19:12

The “Ukrnafta” network of gas stations will expand by 21 more stations in the Poltava and Kharkiv regions, growing to more than 700 stations nationwide. This was announced by Serhiy Koretskyi, chairman of the board of Naftogaz of Ukraine, according to "Komersant Ukrainian".

“The state-owned ‘Ukrnafta’ gas station network will grow to more than 700 stations nationwide. Additionally, 21 U.Go gas stations in the Poltava and Kharkiv regions, owned by JSC ‘Ukrgazvydobuvannya,’ will operate under the UKRNAFTA brand,” he wrote.

According to him, the rebranding of the gas stations has already begun. On April 1, the first two stations began operating under the unified brand.

“This means, in particular, a single mobile app, loyalty programs, and NaftaPAY for every customer at every station in the network. The mutually beneficial partnership between the two companies that are part of the Naftogaz Group is another step toward improving the efficiency of state asset management,” he added.

As a reminder:

On January 19, JSC “Ukrnafta” signed agreements with LLC “Alliance Holding” for the sublease of gas stations totaling 841.9 million UAH. With a term until September 30, 2028, Ukrnafta subleased 117 property complexes—including real estate and movable property of gas stations across Ukraine.

Previously, Ukrnafta completed the rebranding of gas stations that previously operated under the Shell brand: they are now integrated into the state-owned company’s network.
