The Ministry of Defense ordered air transportation for the minister and delegations worth UAH 22 million, — Prozorro

The Ukrainian Ministry of Defense has signed a contract for air transportation services on scheduled civil aviation flights for official delegations headed by the Minister of Defense during international events abroad. The purchase cost was UAH 22 million, according to [Komersant] , citing the Prozorro public procurement portal.

The purchase concerns irregular air transportation and provides for the performance of four services on routes in Ukraine, transit zone countries, and states where international cooperation events will be held. The term of service provision is from January 27 to December 31, 2026.

The procurement was carried out under a non-competitive procedure in accordance with Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 1178. In particular, the justification states that the State Aviation Enterprise “Ukraine” has been designated as the sole air carrier for letter flights.

This company became the contractor for the contract.

As reported by [Komersant], the State Management of Affairs ordered air transportation for the trips of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy for UAH 140 million.
