President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that the 20-point peace plan has been agreed upon by 90%. At the same time, security guarantees from the United States are 100%.
This is reported by "Komersant Ukrainian" with reference to the broadcast of a press conference between the leaders of Ukraine and the United States.
“The 20-point plan is 90% agreed upon, security guarantees from the United States are 100%, guarantees from the United States and Europe are 90%, the military dimension is 100%, and the prosperity plan is being finalized,” the head of state said at the press conference.
As a reminder, on December 28, Volodymyr Zelenskyy arrived in Florida to meet with US President Donald Trump. The parties discussed a peace plan to end the war in Ukraine.
In particular, Zelensky announced that security guarantees would be discussed.
