At the Yahodyn-Dorohusk checkpoint on the border with Poland, partial restrictions on vehicle traffic in the lane heading to Ukraine are being introduced. This was reported by the State Customs Service, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports
According to the customs, the restrictions will take effect on Monday, March 24. The cement-concrete pavement will be repaired at this section. Construction work will last until May 1, 2025.
Despite the fact that the restrictions will not significantly affect traffic through the Yahodyn customs post, the State Customs Service asks to take into account the circumstances when planning transportation.
Earlier, it was reported that the Shehyni checkpoint on the border with Poland will operate in a slow mode from March 13 to May 10, 2025 due to reconstruction.
This may cause delays in cargo clearance. The Border Guard Service recommends that travelers plan their routes with this information in mind and consider alternative checkpoints.
We also wrote that the Kosyno checkpoint on the border with Hungary temporarily suspended operations on Tuesday, March 18. This is due to the connection of an uninterruptible power supply system.
