A state-owned distillery has been sold in Vinnytsia Oblast. What price did the new owner offer?

The State Property Fund of Ukraine successfully held an auction for the privatization of the single property complex of the state-owned enterprise “Chechelnytskyi Distillery” in Vinnytsia Oblast. This was reported on the Prozorro.Sales platform, according to "Komersant Ukrainian".
The sole bidder was Oil-Transservice Group LLC. The founder and director of the Kyiv-based Oil-Transservice Group LLC is Yana Taranina. The company’s primary business activity is the wholesale trade of solid, liquid, and gaseous fuels and related products.
The auction winner offered 1.2 million UAH (the starting price was 1.15 million UAH). Including VAT, the company must pay 1.44 million UAH.
As reported by the State Property Fund, the former distillery is located in the town of Chechelnyk in the Haisyn district of Vinnytsia region.
The property complex consists of 44 real estate units with a total area of 10,900 square meters, located in the town of Chechelnyk (Vinnytsia Oblast) and the city of Kodima (Odesa Oblast).
The main assets are malting, distillation, and rectification buildings, as well as hangars and warehouses.
In addition, the balance sheet includes 17 vehicles in poor condition and 445 pieces of equipment.
The Chechelnyk Distillery has not been conducting business operations since 2009; the enterprise employs one person.
The terms of sale require the buyer to settle wage arrears and budget debts within six months of the transfer of ownership, as well as to prevent the dismissal of employees at the new owner’s initiative during this period.
As of September 30, 2025, the distillery’s overdue accounts payable amounted to UAH 14.682 million, including UAH 188,600 in unpaid wages and UAH 2,183 in tax arrears.
All of the debtor’s real estate has been seized as part of consolidated enforcement proceedings.
The State Property Fund of Ukraine (SPFU) has previously put this enterprise up for sale on multiple occasions. At the auction on February 24, 2024, which did not take place due to a lack of participants, the starting price for the enterprise was UAH 2.7 million.
