The High Anti-Corruption Court has fully satisfied the claim of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to impose sanctions on the Belarusian state-owned enterprise Gomselmash OJSC. According to the court’s decision, the assets of the sanctioned company will be recovered as state revenue.

This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Justice, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports.

It is noted that this decision was made in accordance with paragraph 1 of part 1 of Article 4 of the Law of Ukraine “On Sanctions”.

Thus, the corporate rights of Gomselmash OJSC in three Ukrainian companies – Gomselmash-Ukraine Trading House LLC, MTZ-Belarus-Ukraine Trading House LLC, and Promin-Yug LLC – as well as property rights to trademarks were collected for the state’s revenue.

The agency added that an appeal against the court’s decision may be filed with the HACCU Appeals Chamber within five days of the full court decision being drawn up and published on the official website.

“Gomselmash is the managing company of the holding of the same name, whose subsidiaries in Belarus manufacture components for ammunition and Shahed (Geranium-2) kamikaze drones on behalf of the Russian military-industrial complex.

“Gomselmash was founded in 1930 and is the largest manufacturer of agricultural machinery in Belarus.

In April 2025, the court upheld the claim of the Ministry of Justice, seizing the assets of Belaruskali to the state.
