National Bank revokes the license of insurance company Dzherelo Insurance

The National Bank of Ukraine has revoked the license to conduct insurance activities and excluded Dzherelo Strakhovaniya PrJSC (EDRPOU 36018520) from the State Register of Financial Institutions. This was reported by "Komersant Ukrainian" with reference to the NBU.
According to the regulator, the relevant decision was made on October 3, 2025 by the Committee on Supervision and Regulation of Non-Banking Financial Services Markets. The reason for the license revocation was the company’s application.
As a reminder, on May 28, 2025, the NBU granted Dzherelo Insurance PrJSC permission to exit the market by selling its insurance portfolio. At the same time, the National Bank agreed on a plan for the gradual termination of the company’s activities with the fulfillment of all obligations to customers.
According to the reports for the first half of 2025, the insurance portfolio of Dzherelo Strakhovaniya was formed mainly by property insurance (except for agricultural products) and financial risks.
The company’s insurance premiums for this period amounted to UAH 243.3 million, insurance payments – UAH 79.3 million, technical reserves – UAH 0. The company’s market share in terms of premiums amounted to 0.8%.
Thus, Dzherelo Insurance completed its exit from the Ukrainian insurance market in accordance with the plan agreed with the NBU.
