The Kyiv School of Economics (KSE) has become the leader among Ukrainian universities in terms of the average competitive score of applicants for state-funded places. This was announced on August 20 by KSE President Tymofiy Mylovanov on his official Facebook page, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports.
According to his published data, the average NMT score of KSE applicants in 2025 is 184.1.
The second place went to Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University with a score of 175.1 points. The third position was taken by the Kyiv-Mohyla Academy (171.6). Next in the ranking are Kyiv National University of Culture and Arts (169.9) and Melitopol State Pedagogical University (169.2).
Education experts note that KSE’s high score indicates the growing confidence of Ukrainian applicants in private educational institutions. In their opinion, the choice in favor of KSE is explained by modern approaches to education, more flexible educational programs and focus on international standards.
Milovanov also added that KSE is preparing to expand: it plans to open a new campus in Obolon, Kyiv, near Natalka Park. The institution emphasizes that this will increase the number of students and provide training in engineering, mathematics, and economics.
