Nova Poshta announced the amount of taxes paid in 2025: the company delivered over 522 million parcels

In 2025, the NOVA (Nova Poshta) group of companies delivered 522 million parcels and cargo shipments, paid UAH 16.2 billion in taxes and fees to the Ukrainian budget, and invested over UAH 4 billion in Ukraine’s development. This is stated in the company’s summary of its performance for the past year, according to "Komersant Ukrainian".

The number of shipments increased by 10% compared to 2024. Of the total volume, 29 million parcels were international deliveries.

Network expansion, particularly near the front line

During the year, Nova Poshta’s network in Ukraine grew by 12,248 new service points2,195 branches and 10,053 parcel terminals. The expansion took place throughout the country, including frontline territories.

As of early January 2026, the company’s network has over 50,000 service points:

  • 15,817 branches
  • 34,186 parcel terminals

Taxes, income, and profit

In 2025, the NOVA group transferred UAH 16.2 billion in taxes and fees to the state budget, which is 33% more than a year earlier (an increase of UAH 4.1 billion).

The company’s revenue from the sale of goods and services amounted to over UAH 54 billion, which is 21% higher than in 2024. The group’s profit for the year amounted to UAH 2.6 billion.

Investments in logistics and infrastructure

NOVA’s capital investments in Ukraine in 2025 exceeded UAH 4 billion. The main funds were directed towards:

  • expanding the network of branches and post offices;
  • the development of logistics infrastructure.

In particular, UAH 492 million was invested in modern sorting lines at terminals, which increased the throughput capacity of hubs. The company invested another UAH 545 million in upgrading its vehicle fleet and BDF containers for trucks.

Charity and support for the military

The company reports that in 2025, its charitable spending in Ukraine exceeded UAH 1 billion. As part of the Humanitarian Nova Poshta program , the company delivers shipments for the military from volunteers and charitable foundations at its own expense on a daily basis.

Over the year , 2.7 million humanitarian shipments were delivered, which is 42% more than in 2024.
