Nova Poshta has announced the amount of taxes paid in 2025: the company delivered over 522 million packages

In 2025, the NOVA Group (Nova Poshta) delivered 522 million parcels and shipments, paid 16.2 billion hryvnia in taxes and fees to the Ukrainian government, and invested over 4 billion hryvnia in development projects in Ukraine. This information is included in the company’s annual report for the past year, according to "Komersant Ukrainian".

The number of shipments increased by 10% compared to 2024. Of the total volume, 29 million parcels were international deliveries.

Network expansion, particularly near the front lines

Over the course of the year, Nova Poshta’s network in Ukraine grew by 12,248 new service points2,195 branches and 10,053 parcel lockers. The expansion took place across the country, including frontline territories.

As of early January 2026, the company’s network comprises over 50,000 service points:

  • 15,817 branches
  • 34,186 parcel lockers

In 2025, the NOVA Group paid 16.2 billion UAH in taxes and fees to the state budget— a 33% increase from the previous year (up 4.1 billion UAH).

The company’s revenue from the sale of goods and services exceeded 54 billion UAH, which is 21% higher than in 2024. The group’s profit for the year amounted to 2.6 billion UAH.

Investments in Logistics and Infrastructure

NOVA’s capital investments in Ukraine in 2025 exceeded 4 billion UAH. The funds were primarily allocated to:

  • expanding the network of branches and parcel lockers;
  • developing logistics infrastructure.

In particular, UAH 492 million was invested in modern sorting lines at terminals, which increased the hubs’ throughput capacity. The company invested another UAH 545 million in upgrading its vehicle fleet and BDF containers for trucks.

Charity and Support for the Military

The company reports that in 2025, its charitable expenditures in Ukraine exceeded UAH 1 billion. As part of the “Humanitarian Nova Poshta” program, the company delivers shipments for the military from volunteers and charitable foundations daily at its own expense.

Over the course of the year, 2.7 million humanitarian shipments were delivered, which is 42% more than in 2024.
