It noted that all processes have now been restored.
Russian attack on October 10
At night and in the morning, the Russian army launched a massive attack against various regions of Ukraine. In particular, it hit the infrastructure, both electricity and gas. Part of Kyiv is without electricity and water supply.
Significant damage was sustained in the Dnipropetrovs’k region, where the enemy attacked the regional center, Kamianske and Kryvyi Rih district.
