“Nova Poshta” has adjusted its schedule for Easter: branch operating hours on April 12

Nova Poshta has announced its operating hours for Easter 2026. On Sunday, April 12, branches and home delivery services will operate on a reduced schedule—from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. This was stated in a press release from Nova Poshta, according to "Komersant Ukrainian"
How Nova Poshta Will Operate During Easter
According to the company, the schedule for the Easter holidays is as follows:
- April 11 — normal operating hours,
- April 12 — reduced hours from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.,
- April 13 — regular schedule.
This means that, unlike last year, there will be no full day off on Easter in 2026: customers will be able to use the services, but during limited hours.
The company also recommends checking the operating hours of a specific branch in advance, as they may vary depending on the location and type of service point. You can do this on the official Nova Poshta website in the branch search section.
What this means for customers
For customers, this means that all urgent shipments or parcel pickups over Easter should be planned with the reduced schedule on April 12 in mind. If a parcel is needed in the morning or evening, it’s best to arrange it in advance—on April 11—or pick it up on April 13, when the company returns to its standard operating hours.
Since the reduced schedule applies to both branches and door-to-door delivery, the workload during the holiday period may be higher than on regular days.

It’s also worth noting that parcel lockers remain part of the company’s service network, but it’s best to check the current service schedule and availability of a specific location via the app or website.
How large is Nova Poshta’s network?
Nova Poshta remains the largest express delivery operator in Ukraine. By 2025, the NOVA network had grown to over 50,000 service points. This explains why the operator’s holiday schedule is a practical concern for many Ukrainians, especially ahead of major religious and family holidays.
The company’s financial indicators also point to business growth. According to official results for 2025, Nova Poshta generated over 54 billion UAH in revenue, a 21% increase from the previous year, with the company’s profit totaling 2.6 billion UAH. The number of parcels and shipments delivered rose to 522 million, while international shipments reached 29 million.
