Ochakiv under rocket fire: a pensioner hospitalized, rescuers extinguish fire

On Tuesday afternoon, the occupiers launched a missile attack on Ochakiv in Mykolaiv region. An elderly man was injured in the attack, and a fire broke out outside the city, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports.
According to Vitaliy Kim, head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration, a 69-year-old local resident was wounded by shell fragments and taken to hospital.
Outside the settlement, dry vegetation caught fire as a result of the hit. Rescuers from the State Emergency Service quickly arrived at the scene and extinguished the fire, which had spread over an area of one hectare.
It is worth noting that on the eve of the attack, the Ukrainian Air Force recorded the movement of a high-speed target in the direction of Ochakiv, warning of the threat.
Rescue workers reported that the fire had engulfed shrubs and dead wood in an open area. The firefighters’ quick response prevented the fire from spreading to a larger area.

Mykolaiv region under night attack: housing and infrastructure damaged
In addition to the daytime shelling of Ochakiv, Mykolaiv region came under a massive attack at night. According to the regional military administration, as of 07:00 am on July 15, Russian invaders used Shahed-131/136 attack drones to strike civilian targets.
In Pervomaisky district, two private households and one outbuilding were damaged as a result of air defense and falling debris from the downed drones. Fortunately, there were no injuries among local residents.
Voznesensky district also suffered from the night attack, with damage to infrastructure facilities. After the hit, a fire broke out, which was quickly extinguished by rescue services. No human casualties were reported.
In addition, the day before, on July 14, hostile forces used an FPV drone to shell the Kutsurubska territorial community in Mykolaiv district. This attack also resulted in no civilian casualties.
