Okhmatdyt announced the procurement of construction works for the overhaul of the medical and diagnostic building

The procurement of construction works has been announced, namely, the overhaul of the building of the medical and diagnostic building of the National Children’s Specialized Hospital “Ohmatdyt” of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine. The National Children’s Specialized Hospital “Ohmatdyt” reported this on Facebook, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports.
They noted that the work is an important stage in the restoration of the infrastructure of the institution, which saves the lives of children from all over Ukraine, and invited all business entities with the necessary experience to join and participate in the procurement.
It is said that the National Children’s Hospital “Okhmatdyt” of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine received, in accordance with the terms of the contract concluded with LLC “Engineering Company “Arkon”, design estimates for the above works and a positive expert report.
The expected value of the procurement is UAH 367.5 million. The procurement is funded by the Okhmatdyt – Healthy Childhood Charitable Foundation.

The Ministry of Health also expects that construction work on the overhaul of the medical and diagnostic building of the National Specialized Hospital “Ohmatdyt” of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine will begin in June 2025.
on July 8, 2024, as a result of a missile strike, the Okhmatdyt Children’s Hospital sustained significant damage. The new medical and diagnostic building, the administrative and toxicology buildings, the transformer substation and the surgical building were the most affected.
