Transition bank starts servicing depositors of insolvent RwSbank

The Deposit Guarantee Fund, in accordance with the resolution plan of the insolvent RwS Bank, has established Transitional Bank Ute Bank, which is currently owned by the DGF and will be sold to an investor.
This was reported by the press service of the DGF, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports.
It is noted that on December 24, 2025, Transitional Bank Ute Bank received a banking license for the right to conduct banking activities in accordance with the requirements of Ukrainian legislation.
on December 17, 2025, in accordance with the resolution plan of RBC Bank, the DGF established and registered PrJSC “Transitional Bank “Ute Bank” with an authorized capital of UAH 1.6 million, to which part of the assets and liabilities to individual depositors were transferred. Artur Muravitsky, who previously served as deputy chairman of the board of TAScombank, has been appointed director of the institution.
The DGF emphasized that the transitional bank is the legal successor of the insolvent bank under the transferred obligations, so depositors do not need to renegotiate contracts or make any changes to them.
He explained that depositors of RVS Bank whose deposit agreements expired before November 4, 2025 and who had current accounts with the bank can remain clients of Ute Bank or receive their funds. To do so, they should contact the bank or its partner bank, Asvio Bank.
“All guaranteed obligations on deposits of individuals (including individual entrepreneurs) of the insolvent RVS Bank have been fully transferred to Utah Bank, which will ensure continuous servicing of depositors,” the DGF emphasized.

on December 17, 2025, in accordance with the resolution plan of the insolvent RVS Bank, the Deposit Guarantee Fund established and registered PJSC “Transitional Bank Ute Bank”, to which it transferred part of the assets and liabilities to individual depositors.
on December 24, 2025, PrJSC “Transitional Bank “Ute Bank” received a banking license to conduct banking activities in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine.
