In 2025, EVA reported a net profit of 1.1 billion hryvnia. At the same time, the chain’s revenue grew by 18% to 31.8 billion hryvnia, the company said, according to [Komersant]

“Over the past year, EVA opened 73 new stores and, as of December 31, 2025, had 1,167 retail locations. They were developed under the EVA Women’s Energy concept and the premium EVA Beauty format, which currently operates five stores (the average receipt at EVA Beauty increased by 10.9% last year),” the statement said

In addition, the company opened stores under the EVA Poruch format—there are currently 10 such retail outlets in operation. This format is currently undergoing testing and refinement, after which a decision will be made regarding the prospects for its further development.

“Decisions regarding the opening of new stores in 2025 were made based on a detailed analysis of migration flows, consumer dynamics, and security factors. At the same time, 15 stores were closed, primarily due to the advance of Russian occupation forces. Two stores in Kyiv were completely destroyed by shelling,” EVA noted.

The company also reported that the share of online sales in its revenue structure exceeded 12%. Traffic grew by 28% year-over-year, the number of orders by 32%, and turnover by over 50%. The EVA.UA platform’s product range reached 500,000 SKUs by the end of 2025. Currently, about 45% of orders are placed via the mobile app.

The company’s portfolio includes over 70 private-label brands. Their share of sales in volume terms was 38.5%, which is 2.3 percentage points higher than in 2024.

Additionally, as stated in the report, EVA began rolling out hybrid self-service checkouts in 2025. By the end of the year, 116 such registers had been installed in 116 stores; approximately 15% of customers use this payment method; the share of electronic receipts rose to 85.3% compared to 82.13% in 2024.

“Last year, the company also focused on improving efficiency and modernizing logistics technology without expanding warehouse space: the productivity of the retail network’s warehouses increased by 10%, and that of the e-commerce division by 29%,” the company reported.

In addition, EVA noted that strengthening the company’s energy independence became a separate area of innovation. Solar power plants with a total capacity of 2,302 kW (2.3 MW) have been installed at distribution centers in Lviv, Dnipro, and Brovary.
