Chornomorsk port is transferred to a concession for 40 years

The Ministry of Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine has announced a concession tender (competitive dialogue) for the Universal and Grain sea terminals of the state enterprise Sea Commercial Port Chornomorsk.
This was reported by "Komersant Ukrainian" with reference to the Ministry of Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine.
The object of the concession is:
- the existing immovable and movable property of the state enterprise Sea Commercial Port Chornomorsk within the specified terminals;
- property (immovable, movable and berths No. 1-6) of the State Enterprise “Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority” within the terminals;
- property created or acquired by the concessionaire in the course of the concession agreement implementation.
The Ministry of Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine has been designated as the concessionaire. The concession term will be 40 years.

To participate in the preliminary selection of applicants, it is necessary to familiarize yourself with the instructions for applicants, which is part of the tender documentation. The deadline for submitting applications is 75 days from the date of publication of the announcement.
The tender documents also include:
- a list of measures to monitor threats to Ukraine’s national security during the tender;
- a strategy for organizing and conducting a concession tender (competitive dialogue).
