Partly cloudy weather is expected in Ukraine today, July 31. According to the Ukrainian Weather Center, precipitation is not expected in most areas, but in the northeastern regions, as well as in Transcarpathia and the Carpathians, there will be short-term rains and thunderstorms in some places, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports
The wind is mostly northwest, with a speed of 7-12 m/s.
Temperatures will vary significantly in different regions of the country:
In the southern and eastern regions, temperatures are expected to reach 18…23°C at night and 27…32°C during the day. In the Luhansk region, the heat is expected to reach 35… 36°C.
In the rest of the country, at night the temperature will be 12…17°C, during the day the air will warm up to 21…26°C.

In Kyiv and Kyiv region on July 31, no precipitation is forecast. The sky will be partly cloudy, wind from the northwest, 7-12 m/s.
Air temperature:
- in the capital: at night 15… 17°C, during the day 24… 26°C;
- in the region: 12… 17°C at night, 21… 26°C during the day.
