Weather forecast in Ukraine for October 14: rain and frost in some places

Today, October 14, will be a cold day in Ukraine. The temperature is expected to be only 2…6 degrees overnight, and 6…10 degrees tomorrow afternoon. This was reported by weather forecaster Natalia Didenko, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports
“In the central part and in the east it will be 8-12 degrees, in the south of Ukraine 12-16 degrees. Light rains will be held in most regions, except that the southern part will remain free of precipitation. Moderate rains are likely in the far north,” the report says.
On October 14, it will be cloudy in Kyiv, with some light rain in some places.
The temperature in the capital is expected to reach 2-4 degrees at night and barely 8 degrees during the day.
According to the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center, on Monday, October 14, the weather will be mostly cloudy with clearings.
At night – without significant precipitation, only in the north there may be light rain, sometimes with sleet. During the day, it will rain in most regions, except for the southeast of the country, where the weather will remain dry.
Wind: mostly northwest, 7-12 m/s.
Temperature:
- At night: 1…6°, in the southern, central, eastern and Sumy regions – frost on the soil surface down to -3°.
- During the day: 5… 10°, in the south and southeast – warmer, 9… 14°.
In the Carpathians:
- No precipitation at night, light wet snow is possible during the day.
- The temperature in the mountains will be from 0 to -5° at night and 1…5° during the day.
Forecasters note that the cold snap will continue: localized frosts are possible at night, even in the central regions, so drivers and farmers should be careful.
