“We Are of One Blood” project launches line of adaptive clothing for wounded soldiers

At the initiative of FUIB, the project “We Are of the Same Blood” has launched a clothing collection called “To Live Towards”, which provides an opportunity to support defenders in their rehabilitation, Komersant ukrainskyi https://www.komersant.info/ reports.

The clothing for the military was developed on the recommendations of Yuriy Hudymenko, a sapper unit commander who was seriously injured at the front.

“When you return from the operating table to the ward, it is likely that ordinary clothes no longer fit you,” he explains,

Other severely wounded soldiers joined the launch of the Live Towards line: Mariupol defender Vladislav Zhayvoronok and war veteran Vladislav Yeshchenko.

The Live Towardscollection has two product lines: adaptive clothing with motivational prints for wounded sold iers; and hoodies, shirts and T-shirts with laconic embroidery and lines from poetry by Serhiy Zhadan for every Ukrainian.

Foreach order from the new collection, one adaptive item will be delivered to war-wounded defenders through the Kolo Charitable Foundation and their volunteer curators to evacuation trains and hospitals.

Those who wish can also pay for one or more pieces of clothing for the wounded.
